Faulty Items



If you receive a faulty item please be reassured we are here to help. If you do receive an item that you consider is faulty please in the first instance send pictures of the fault to setting out the problem and including your order details.

Notification must be within three months of receipt.

Please though be aware that:

  1. Items are classified as faulty if they were received damaged or where there is a manufacturing defect. However, this must be
  2. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.


If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return any item within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unworn and in perfect original condition, tags attached, original packaging and return documentation must be included.

Soiled or damaged (except where faulty) goods will not be accepted as returns.

On receipt of the returned item we will issue a full refund, excluding the delivery charge, within 30 days.
