Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy ensures that you can shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unworn and in perfect original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept damaged goods (unless faulty) as returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) within 30 days. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us at or visit us in-store at: Tamarisk, 85 High Street, Deal, CT14 6EH. Please send returns to this address, emailing beforehand for approval.

To make the returns process as easy as possible, please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with suitable protection.

Please note that Tamarisk online is not responsible for return costs or any items that are lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item please be reassured we are here to help. If you do receive an item that you consider is faulty please in the first instance send pictures of the fault to  setting out the problem and including your order details.

Please note that notification of a faulty item must be made within three months of receipt. We classify items as faulty if they were received damaged or have a manufacturing defect. However, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
